Evolution of the Process
From Hand Engraving to Laser Precision
Engraving has been used for centuries to decorate and mark materials by hand. Today, that same concept is powered by advanced CO₂ laser technology, allowing for unmatched precision and consistency.
Modern Innovation
With multiple CO₂ laser machines in operation, we’re able to engrave, mark, and cut with incredible detail. The process uses a focused beam of light to permanently alter the surface of a material—no inks, no threads, just precision.
This evolution allows us to decorate items that traditional methods cannot, expanding customization far beyond textiles.

Capabilities, Materials & Techniques
Laser engraving is built on precision and adaptability. Every detail—from laser power to beam speed—is carefully controlled to match the design. The laser beam removes material layer by layer to build the final image.
Techniques include:
- Raster Engraving: Creates images by engraving line by line, similar to an inkjet printer.
- Vector Engraving: Follows lines and curves, ideal for outlines and intricate patterns.
- Deep Engraving: Removes more material to create a tactile, recessed design.
- Ablation: Removes thin layers of material, often used for coating removal.
- Etching: Creates a surface mark without significant material removal.
We laser engrave on tumblers and coated drinkware, wood, acrylic, metal, leather, glass, and more. Each material is matched with the proper laser settings and focal length to ensure long-lasting results.
When done correctly, laser engraving is one of the most durable decoration methods available—resisting fading, scratching, and wear over time.
